10:00 AM: Welcome remarks from U.S. Congressman Ted Deutch, followed by a screening of Newtown, the Peabody-winning documentary film chronicling the aftermath of the 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting. Newtown director Kim Snyder will offer remarks about the film.
11:30 AM: Town hall discussion featuring students from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, State Representative Shevrin Jones, Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum, Coral Springs Commissioner Dan Daley, and others.
